Point Carbon, the leading provider of news and analysis for the carbon and energy markets, is looking for a Quantitative Research Analyst.
As part of the growth in a new business division we are now seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Technical analyses
- Responsible for the data related part of the new production system
- Be the force to develop innovative algorithms
- Improve and expand our services for these markets
- Secure fast, reliable and accurate data
QUALIFICATIONS - Excellent grades from university
- Excellent understanding of setting up and solving mathematical models
- Relevant education within physics, mathematics, electronics or information technology
- Knowledge in event generators, Monte Carlo, pattern recognition and databases
- A sense of business understanding
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
